Kings Island will open a new ride in April, Diamondback, the tallest, fastest, meanest coaster to grace the Warren County skyline.
Ozone Zipline Adventures at Camp Kern
Warren County's newest attraction, Ozone ZipLine Adventures will open in May of 2009. It will be the largest zipline tour in the Midwest, and include two of the longest single zipline runs in the U.S.
Western & Southern Tennis Masters and Women's Open brings Tier 1 Women's Tennis to Mason in 2009.

MARKETING STRATEGIES
- Increase awareness of Warren County via promotional offer printed on the back of more than one million Cincinnati Reds tickets, 75,000 Reds schedules and two million Kings Island tickets
- Expanded newspaper insert promotion with entry into the Columbus market
- Offer CVB website visitors the ability to book rooms or packages and purchase tickets via a third party packaging company
- Develop and launch a new CVB Website
PUBLIC RELATIONS STRATEGIES
- Increase Warren County leisure efforts with well placed stories in key markets
- Focus on key niche markets to leverage Warren County's unique points of differences
- Increase awareness of Warren County as a getaway destination to our key target audience (women 25-49) by leveraging the power of the web
- Increase the awareness of the scope and impact of sports in Warren County
SPORTS STRATEGIES
- Focus on building extra night stays for events by marketing the attractions programs and discounts more aggressively
- Generate attendance and room nights in the shoulder seasons
- Build awareness and credibility of Warren County as a viable sports destination by creating and managing four new CVB owned events
- Develop Warren County image as the premier sports destination for men and women
MEETING AND CONFERENCE SALES STRATEGIES

- Continue to build our hotel relationships to develop the CVB image as an extension of their sales department
- Maximize the opportunity to work with leading third-party meeting planner in all markets
- Attend seven key trade shows
- Implement site (FAMs) tours to showcase WC's conference and attraction venues.
GROUP TOUR
- Leverage new tourism products to freshen our message and provide new and unique itineraries
- Develop unique itineraries to attract new motor coach business
