The Museum at the Friends Home in downtown Waynesville is offering its popular Ghostly History Walking Tours again this fall to celebrate the season in hauntingly good fashion. The one-hour stroll highlights fascinating, historically-based legends from the area's unique past. Nearly all stories are first or second-hand accounts of personally experienced events that defy explanations, with the occasional local legend added in support.

As the calendar turn to November, get an early jump on decorating your home with Hearthwarming Holidays - November 5&6! The historic Village of Waynesville will be decorated with lights and the streets will be lined with luminaries. All of the wonderful specialty and antique shops in Waynesville will be fully decorated. Many will hold Open Houses with specials and refreshments. Plan to shop, eat and stroll Waynesville's charming streets till 8pm.

Celebrate the PEANUTS 60th anniversary this fall with two bobblehead giveaways at Kings Island! The first 5,000 guests through the front gate on each giveaway day with receive one of these unique collectibles.
