Lebanon Antique Horse-Drawn Carriage Parade

December 4 (1pm & 7pm)

Have you ever stood nose-to-nose with a six-foot tall, 2,000-pound Clydesdale or seen Santa on his sleigh? On December 4, you can answer yes to both during the 22nd Annual Lebanon Antique Horse-Drawn Carriage Parade. Held every year on the first Saturday in December, this Christmas parade has become one of the most unique and beautiful holiday celebrations in the Midwest.

Arrive early for the afternoon parade at 1pm and stay for a day of holiday shopping in more than 50 antique and speciality shops located in downtown Lebanon. There will also be carolers, other live entertainment, food vendors and pictures with Santa. As night falls, historic buildings and candle-lit streets provide the perfect backdrop for the 7pm parade. Women, men, and children alike line Lebanon's charming downtown streets, candles in hand, anxiously waiting the first of 100 horse-drawn antique carriages to pass by.
