Warren County Sports Hits it Out of the Park with Summer Baseball Tournaments

Warren County is set to host two youth baseball tournaments this summer that will attract nearly 140 teams from as far away as Kuwait, generate nearly 5,200 room nights and create an estimated economic impact of more than $2.5 million. The two events are the creation of Warren County Sports, a department of the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB), and will lead off one of the biggest summers ever for Warren County Sports.

MASON, OH – (December 2, 2008) – The Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB) and the Comet Skippers, a Mason City Schools activity team, are proud to announce the 5th Annual “Jump with the Stars” jump rope workshop. This is a great opportunity for jumpers and non-jumpers of all ages and skill levels to learn from premier jump rope instructors from around the world; USA All Star Members, National and World Champions, cast members from the Disney movie “Jump!” and youth teams from Germany, France and Denmark.
