About Marvin's Organic Gardens:

Located just outside of Lebanon, Ohio on a 64 acre farm, Marvin's Organic Gardens is one of the only USDA certified organic nurseries in the Midwest and home to the largest selection of regional native plants.

Fun Fact: Marvin's composts 100 tons of food waste a week from regional Wal-Mart stores.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Feed your soul and help feed others.
Pick and box up vegetables from the Giving Gardens. The Giving Garden program works with suburban Cincinnati area gardeners to donate at least 50% of their bounty of fruits and veggies to local food pantries.

Immerse yourself in nature
Innumerable opportunities await volunteers of all ages at Marvin's Organic Gardens. Depending on the time of year, volunteers will help water, fertilize (using all-organic methods), make compost or harvest crops throughout the 64-acre farm.

Because Marvin's uses all-organic fertilizers, pesticides and compost, volunteer opportunities are safe and fun for all ages.

In addition to a retail center offering a wide variety of organic gardening products, Marvin's also offers educational classes and seminars throughout the year to teach all-organic gardening methods.
