Experience Ohio's most haunted village first-hand as you tour historic buildings along Main Street and throughout the Quaker Hill area of Waynesville while learning of ghostly encounters past and present. You begin at the Museum at the Friends Home, a restored boarding home which appears very much as it did when retired Quakers and single school teachers lived there around the turn of the 20th Century.
Hear and see what happens when history and the paranormal unfold. Your guided tour will visit all the hot spots inside Harmon Hall, recounting recent encounters with the paranormal. Guests may bring one small hand held device such as a camera or voice recorder for "ghost meter".

Golden Lamb Restaurant & Hotel in Lebanon, Ohio. Sarah's Room is on the 4th floor
On the 4th floor of The Golden Lamb in historic downtown Lebanon, there is a special room called "Sarah's Room" where many guests say they have encountered the presence of Sarah Stubbs, a child who lived in the hotel in the 1800's. As a relative of the inn´s owner, she and her mother were often relocated from room to room. All the moving disturbed Sarah and her frustration is felt (and seen) today by her toys and belongings unexpectedly being moved, or doors being opened.

Hammel House Inn in Historic Waynesville
Hammel House teams up each year with Waynesville's Friend Museum and present Ghost and Goblet Dinners and Tours. Start at Hammel House for a scrumptous fall dinner, a brief history of Waynesville and stories about the Hauntings in the outlying area from the Museum Guides. The legend of Hammel House is revealed and I will tell stories of the hauntings here at Hammel House as told to us by our B & B guests, visitors, and staff. (Hammel House is the most active building in Waynesville, Ohio's Most Haunted Town). Then our guests proceed to Main Street where they are given an hours tour of the buildings that have "haunted" reputations. After the tour the guests are invited to the Friends Museum for a tour, more stories and coffee and cookies to finish the evening.
