Carol Monnin is the Senior Executive Assistant of the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau, and has been with the bureau since July, 1999.
Carol’s duties at the WCCVB involve administration, office management, finance, human resources, marketing and sales.
Carol has played an integral role in numerous projects including planning the WCCVB’s 25th anniversary celebration, managing the finances of the Warren County Bicentennial, moving the bureau office on two occasions, securing the bureau’s accreditation with Destination Marketing Association International, and serving as an inspiration and role model in the Pre-Professional Internship Experience with Warren County schools and the WCCVB.
Before joining the WCCVB, Carol worked for the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce for five years, where she co-chaired the Lebanon Christmas Festival and was interim director.
Carol also was the owner of the Village Cellars Deli and Wine Shop for nearly nine years. Prior to that she was a clerk for various retail outlets and sewing teacher.
Carol is active in the community, having chaired various auction committees, and served as vice president of her parish school board.
Carol graduated from Bowling Green State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Education degree. She and her husband are residents of Lebanon, Ohio, and have three children and two grandchildren.
