All Aboard for the 40TH Annual Little Miami Railroad Days Festival set to Chug into the Historic Morrow Train Depot on June 12, 13, 14, 2014. The festival will kick off Thursday, June 12 with food and fun for all. Carnival rides will be provided and entertainment for the entire family. All entertainment and events will take place at the Morrow Train Depot stage located on Main Street along the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail in Morrow: Thursday, June 12, will be Karaoke Night, this will also be Family Night with armbands for all-you-can-ride access for $12.00 from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Friday, June 13, will be live music by the “Dry Run Band” Band beginning at 7:00 pm. Saturday, June 14, will be live music featuring local legends “Thunderhead” beginning at 7:00 pm. The annual parade will be led by Grand Marshall, Salem Township Trustee Kirk Ramsey, Saturday, June 14, and participants will start lineup up at 3:00 pm at the Salem Township Elementary School on Welch Road. Festival organizers are asking that anyone wanting to be in the parade to be present at this time for line up. The parade will kick off at 4:00 pm. The parade route will continue from the Salem Township Elementary School to Highlawn Avenue onto Pike Street, left onto Front Street and continue down Main Street to the Depot. The events start off with a presentation to the Annual Grand Marshall, followed by the crowning of the 2014 Little Miss Railroad and Little Mr. Engineer winners. The Annual Classic Car Show will be held on the grounds with trophies awarded, all participants are invited to be in the parade. The Bobby Jo Dancers will then perform, followed by live music.
