The new year may still a few months away, but our team here at the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau is hard at work on our upcoming 2024 Ohio's Largest Playground Visitors Guide.
In an effort to make next year's publication as accurate, up-to-date and info-packed as possible, we ask that each Warren County business please take a few moments to review the important information and instructions below.
Business Listing Updates
Does your business have a new name, address, phone number or offering you'd like reflected in our 2024 guide? Please review your information in our current 2023 Visitors Guide and let us know of any necessary updates or corrections as follows...
Hotels and B&Bs:
Please review your property's listing in our current 2023 Visitors Guide or on the STAY section of OhiosLargestPlayground.com. Should any changes be necessary, please email Scott Hutchinson.
Attractions/Shops/Restaurants:
Please review your listings in our current 2023 Visitors Guide and email Scott Hutchinson any updates.
New/Unlisted Businesses:
If you have opened a new business or know of a local, tourism-related business (attraction, hotel or locally owned/non-chain restaurant or shop) that is not currently listed in our Visitors Guide or on our web site, please complete (or share) our New Business Form as soon as possible.
The deadline to submit Visitors Guide update requests is October 27, 2023. Should we not receive a response by then, all listings will be assumed accurate and will remain unchanged.
2024 Event Updates
Have an awesome event in store for next year? Complete our Online Event Submission Form for a chance to get it listed on our web site's event calendar and in our 2024 Visitors Guide!
Please note that while we try to include as many events as possible on our calendars, restrictions do apply and only events that appeal directly to visitors will ultimately be featured.
While events may be submitted on a rolling basis throughout the year, the earlier you can get us your information, the sooner we can share it with prospective visitors.
Visitors Guide Advertising Opportunities
Want to really stand out in the new Visitors Guide? Here's your chance! Please contact Nichole Detamore to join your neighboring Warren County businesses in advertising in the publication. The deadline to reserve ad space is October 31, so don't delay!
