Stars, stripes and the summer sun: 7 must-visit places in Warren County for a firecracker 4th of July! Cue the fireworks and crank up the patriotic playlists — it’s that red, white, and blue time of year again! The Fourth of July isn’t just about backyard BBQs and sparklers (though we’re definitely not skipping those). Warren County knows how to party with some serious patriotic flair! Whether you are looking for a hometown parade, a festival packed with food and fun or just some good old fashioned fireworks, Warren County is the place to be this 4th of July!

Why not get into the patriotic spirit before the 4th with two fun and festive options to celebrate a day early!

Celebrate Independence Day with a small-town parade

Lebanon's Independence Day Parade (July 3rd, 4pm - 6pm) and “LightUp Lebanon” event (July 3rd, 6pm - 10pm)

Up for a full evening of fun, food, and plenty of fireworks? Come out to Lebanon on July 3rd from 4-6pm to enjoy the classic Independence Day Parade to start off your evening. Following the parade from 6-10pm stay for all the fun with a family-friendly event featuring a petting zoo, balloon animals, bounce houses, & live music! To wrap up a full day of celebrating the USA’s birthday, the sparking fireworks will start lighting up the sky at 10pm!

Mason’s Red, Rhythm and Boom! (July 3rd, 4pm - 10pm)

Red, white and whoo-hoo! Come out for an exciting night in Mason to celebrate and show your American spirit! Enjoy performances by Better Than Ezra & Tonic, a 9-hole putt-putt course, slides and bounce houses for the kids, carnival games, a trackless train and mouth-watering food truck fare. Finish your night up with an unforgettable firework display starting at 10pm.

Kings Island’s Star-Spangled Nights Firework show (July 4th - 5th, 10pm)

There’s no cooler place to celebrate the 4th than Kings Island! Spend the day taking on record-breaking coasters, cooling off at Soak City Waterpark and every thrill in between. You’ll have two chances to catch the park’s unforgettable fireworks show, with a repeat performance happening on July 5th.

Waynesvilles Annual 4th of July Celebration (July 4th 12pm - 10pm)

Find a spot to sit and watch as the annual parade makes its way through town starting at 12pm. Don't miss out on the shopping opportunities that are open until 5pm and the silent auction happening from 6:30pm - 9:30pm. Waynesville’s food truck rally will be serving up can’t-miss eats from 2pm - 10pm, with a fireworks show wrapping up the night at 10pm.

Franklin’s Independence Day Parade & Fireworks (July 4th, 5pm - 10pm)

Start your night off at 5pm by watching the timeless Independence Day parade in downtown Franklin. Following the parade make sure to enjoy the festival which includes live music, popular local food vendors and food trucks, bounce houses and other fun activities for the kids to enjoy. Stay ‘til 10pm to watch the fireworks and drone show light up the sky!

Maineville & Hamilton Townships Joint Freedom Parade & Festival (July 4th, 10am - 2pm)

Looking for a way to celebrate in the morning/afternoon? Come out to Testerman Park at 10am to enjoy the Freedom Parade with an old-fashioned 4th of July festival to follow! There is fun for all ages! Find plenty to chow down on among the food trucks and a must-try beer garden. Bring the kids out to enjoy the fun games, inflatables, and water slides to keep cool on a hot summer day! Other entertainment includes live music and even a jaw-dropping skydiving show at 11:30am.

4th of July Festival & Fireworks Show in South Lebanon (July 4th, 6pm - Dark)

Come celebrate with a fun filled night at Rogers Park starting at 6pm. Enjoy a night full of live music, amazing food trucks, and games for the entire family. Wind down a busy night with the unforgettable firework show that will begin at dark.
