Mason Symphony Orchestra presents "Disney and Pixar's Coco in Concert Live to Film"
  • Admission: $30, $40, and half price for children under 12
For one night only, the Mason Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Dr. Lucy Ginther, will present Disney and Pixar’s Coco in Concert Live to Film, featuring Coco’s musical score by Oscar® and GRAMMY®-winning composer Michael Giacchino performed live along to the film. The MSO will be joined by Guest Classical Guitarists Tim Berens and David Ferrara as featured soloists. Coco tells the story of Miguel (voiced by Anthony Gonzalez), a young boy who dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (Benjamin Bratt), despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music. Following a mysterious chain of events and desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead. Along the way, he meets a charming trickster named Héctor (Gael García Bernal) and together they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history. Get your tickets now for this festive family-friendly evening at www.masonsymphonyorchestra.org. The presentation is licensed by Disney Concerts. All rights reserved. The Mason Symphony Orchestra is sponsored in part by the City of Mason. The Mason Symphony Orchestra also receives support from Antonio Violins and Ukes and from the Ohio Arts Council.
