Annual Best of Warren County Awards kick off

Warren County, OH (January 28, 2019) – Customers and fans of Warren County businesses will be able to nominate their favorites for the 2018 Best of Warren County Awards beginning today, the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB) has announced.

This year’s award process will kick off with a preliminary nomination phase which will run from January 28-February 10 on the WCCVB’s web site, OhiosLargestPlayground.com. Once nominations have been tallied and finalists have been named, a final voting phase will then be held on the same web site February 15-28.

Sponsored by WDTN, iHeart Radio Cincinnati and Dayton’s Mix 107.7, Big 106.5 and B 94.5, this year’s Best of Warren County Awards include 17 unique categories ranging from “Best Breakfast Spot” and “Best Coffee” to “Best Place to Explore History” and “Best Date Night”.
Held annually since 2010, the awards serve to highlight Warren County’s wide array of local restaurants, shops, attractions and events – all of which have served to make the county an increasingly popular destination.
 
Tourism is the leading industry in Warren County, as the region welcomes more than 12 million visitors annually, generating an economic impact of $1.24 billion and supporting nearly 12,000 tourism-related jobs.
