State Study: Warren County, Ohio Tourism Reaches Record Heights
Warren County, Ohio – (June 26, 2026) – Warren County, Ohio’s already robust tourism economy has reached new heights, according to a new report. The study, conducted by Tourism Economics, shows Warren County’s tourism industry accounted for a record $1.74 Billion in economic impact in 2025, representing a 3.1% increase from 2023 when the study was last conducted.
The report also showed Warren County tourism supported 14,043 jobs in 2025, keeping the region among the most tourism-dependent counties in the State of Ohio. Those tourism-driven jobs accounted for more than $425M in wages last year, driving $229M in tax revenue for federal, state and local governments.
In total, 14.19 million people visited Warren County’s various events and attractions in 2025.
“Warren County’s tourism industry is thriving and continuing to grow,” said Phillip S. Smith, President & CEO of the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB). “That’s great news not only for the millions of people who visit us each year, but for the people who live, work and own businesses here.”
Long known as Ohio’s Largest Playground, Warren County is home to numerous widely renowned attractions including Kings Island, Great Wolf Lodge, Miami Valley Gaming, Caesar Creek State Park, the Warren County Sports Park at Union Village (WC Sports Park) and the Cincinnati Open, which was named “Tournament of the Year” by both the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) and Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) in 2025.
Owned and operated by the WCCVB, The WC Sports Park alone spurred an estimated $129 million in economic impact last year, hosting 52 events, drawing more than 1.7 million attendees and generating 118,000 room nights in Warren County hotels.
